FEMALE PILOT CLUB AND UKTV ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE FINAL FOUR CHOSEN SCRIPTS

Female Pilot Club is excited to partner with award-winning broadcaster UKTV to find new comedy scripts by women featuring leading parts for women who are over age 45. Four scripts have been chosen to be developed by UKTV and Female Pilot Club, and will be performed in a live reading by top flight comedy talent in front of an industry audience.

Big congratulations to the four finalists!

Thank you to everyone who submitted, we were thrilled to receive over 340 pilots. If you did not qualify this time, it doesn’t mean it wasn’t good, well-written or that you are not a good writer. It means that it didn’t fit the criteria for this particular showcase, but it could be perfect for someone else. Please, please keep sending your scripts out! Comedy is deeply subjective and everyone is looking for something different.

If you're not subscribed, sign up to receive updates for future script calls. We look forward to reading you again!
